Account settings

Your personal settings (profile, password, and account-level options) are separate from organization settings.

Use the account area of the application to:

  • Update profile information.
  • Change your password.
  • Adjust advanced account options when the product exposes them.

Reset a forgotten password​

From the sign-in page, select Forgot password and enter your account email address. The password reset link in the email expires 10 minutes after you request it.

If the link is expired or otherwise invalid, the reset form displays This reset link is not valid. Return to the sign-in page and select Forgot password to request a new link.

Organization membership, roles, and invites are managed under Settings → Users within each organization (Users and invites).
